Too Much of a Good thing can be BAD for you 
                                                                        As good as  exercising is for the body, over-exercising can lead a temporarily suppressed  immune system allowing for the invasion or germs… 
                                                                        Over-exercising  leaves the body’s delicate respiratory tract vulnerable to invasion meaning  more chance of developing colds, flu’s and yes, sinus infections and sinus  related conditions. 
                                                                      Exactly how  long is one vulnerable for? Research has found that the body can remain weak  for up to 3 days after over-exercising.
